Dinesh is a partner in the business, he is an automotive research expert with a specialized expertise in pricing, aftermarket, aftersales and car clinics. He brings strong experience in Market Research – with more than a decade being exclusively within the Automotive Industry in the Middle East & Africa.
He has successfully set-up Brand Health Tracking and CX (Sales and Aftersales) programs for multiple OEMs in Middle East and Africa. Implemented Spare Parts Pricing research programs for leading OEMs in Middle East, Africa and Far East.
Conducted several Car Clinic research for established as well as all new models across vehicle segments for various OEMs and Distributors.
Developed vehicle pricing research program and online simulator tool for VIVA analyses – used by leading Automotive OEMs in Middle East. He has also developed research methodology to track business activities that aims to achieve Carbon Neutrality.
Dinesh has conducted research on behalf of leading auto manufacturers and dealers in Middle East & Africa: Audi-Volkswagen, Ford, GM, Hyundai, Mobis, INFINITI, JLR, Lexus, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Toyota, Daman Investments, etc.
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Statistics from the University of Mumbai, an MBA in General Management and various certifications from MIT and Harvard.
