Sandeep Ajgaonkar
Senior Consultant, Drive Global Insights & Consultancy
Sandeep Ajgaonkar is a seasoned expert with over 40 years of experience in dealership aftersales operations, having worked across the UAE, Oman, Qatar, and Egypt, managing prestigious brands like Land Rover, Jaguar, Honda, Volvo, Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge.
He has held senior leadership roles, including Regional General Manager Aftersales for Honda, overseeing operations across multiple countries and managing over 900 people. He has also served as General Manager Aftersales and National Service Manager for Honda, Volvo, Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge in the UAE market, driving operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
As a Project Consultant, Sandeep has extensive experience in budgeting, revenue management, people development, and change management. Over the last 6 years as an independent consultant, he has worked on enhancing dealership processes, implementing express service procedures, improving customer experience scores, and training service managers in financial operations. He is also an expert in Dealer Standard Assessment for Nissan Middle East.
Sandeep’s expertise extends to implementing key systems such as the Syncron Parts forecasting and order module and the SAP ERP solution for automotive groups.
In addition to his vast professional experience, Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management Studies. He has completed several specialized training programs, including Dealership Finance Management, Gallup’s Customer and Employee Engagement, Leadership programs, Change Management, SAP Service Management, and Hays’ Leaders for Growth program.
